Protein Energy Balls
Better than store-bought no-bake protein energy balls! These taste just like cookie dough. 🍪 No food processor needed.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup natural drippy peanut butter (or almond butter)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 VANILLA VIBES Sachet
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips (vegan, if desired)
Instructions:
Mix peanut butter, honey, and protein powder until smooth. Add vanilla, oats, cinnamon, and chia seeds. Combine well, adjusting with more nut butter if needed.
Roll into balls and store in an airtight container.
